Please indicate your preferred location in the booking notes. ✨ New Clients Receive $20 Off Their First Full Set LASH SERVICE POLICIES BOOKING Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. LATE ARRIVALS A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling and may incur a late fee. NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in removal from future booking privileges. LASH GUARANTEE Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments outside this timeframe are not guaranteed. AFTERCARE & HEALTH Clients must follow all aftercare instructions and disclose any allergies, sensitivities, infections, or eye conditions prior to service. Service may be declined if deemed unsafe. PAYMENT Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, card, and digital payments are accepted. ⸻ APPOINTMENT PREPARATION To ensure optimal results, please review the following before your appointment: • Arrive on time. • Lashes must be clean and free of makeup, oils, or mascara. • Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, infections, or medical conditions prior to service. • Avoid rubbing eyes or using oil-based products before and after your appointment. • Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and removal from future booking privileges.
